Hello Don: At Thanksgiving dinner at Blanche Steen’s house (at 8091 Kentwood Avenue), we were all sitting around her dining room table and commenting that this was the first big dinner in that house where there was overhead light and we could all see each other – and the food! – clearly. We all commented on how great it was and we toasted to your future success in bringing “light” and happiness to other families.
Over at my house, I am thrilled with my new circuit breaker box and the additional outlet on the north end of my kitchen. This year, for the first time since 1996 (when I moved in) I don’t have to run a long extension cord into the dining room in order to have a Christmas candle in that kitchen window. No more tripping over the extension cord or having it snag in the swinging door between the kitchen and dining room.
